Psychology practice

Medico-legal experience

Peter began medico-legal work in the 1980s. During his period working in forensic psychology in the NHS he regularly wrote assessment reports for criminal proceedings.

As part of the Centre for Crisis Psychology, he established Personal Injury Psychology, a practice offering personal injury assessment and reporting to solicitors across the UK.

Criminal and civil assessment

From 2004, as he began to retire from the Centre for Crisis Psychology, Peter started once more to conduct assessments in relation to criminal proceedings for solicitors, both for courts and parole boards.

He also was asked to conduct assessments in asylum/immigration matters, and stress-at-work cases, including those before tribunals.

He continued his personal injury work.

Present practice

Moving to the south of England in 2013, Peter continues in practice in personal injury cases, including for the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
